Read This Correctly
- Oura returned no sleep history before the first date shown, despite a fetch beginning 2020-01-01.

Nightly metrics use only records Oura labels
long_sleep; naps, rests, and generic sleep periods are excluded. -
Oura can emit more than one
long_sleepperiod on a calendar day. Those remain separate records; scores are day-level and repeat when joined. - Bedtime and wake statistics use local wall-clock values. Travel and daylight-saving changes can create real discontinuities.
- Missing days mean no returned long-sleep record, not necessarily no sleep. Recent windows end at the latest long-sleep record, not today.
- Percentiles use linear interpolation. Rolling windows use the latest 30 records, not exactly 30 calendar days.
- These are descriptive wearable estimates. They do not establish causation, diagnosis, or medical risk.
